Hi folks. My knowledge of technology wouldn’t fill the back of a postage stamp. Sometimes I read threads/ posts and don’t answer them immediately so I can reflect on my response. Then I can’t find them on the forum. Would appreciate instructions on how to locate them. I’m an old fart who lives guinea pigs 😁

There's a little picture of a magnifying glass along the top edge of the forum. On the phone version it's in the top right corner but I'm not 100% sure whether it's the same on a computer. If you click on that you get a little box to type any words you think were a major part of the thread. You can type any combination of words, such as "skinny poo lots" (which would probably give you a thread about Tallulah!). It will automatically show threads that have those words. You can also search in that same place for the person, if you remember which forum member writes in the thread. It works like typing in Google or other search engines, but it will only find the words you enter, so sometimes it takes a few goes before you strike gold.

Thanks folks. Next time I’ll write the post name and search for it. Appreciate your advice

Or, if you go into a thread that you know you will want to respond to at a later date, you can click on the thread to open it, on the top right hand side by the thread title, there is a little button that says ‘watch’. If you click on that it will put it into your ‘watched threads’ list. You can then go to your watched threads list to find it again later. You find watched threads by the tab just under the green top website banner, ‘watched’, then click on the drop down and choose watched threads.
