i don.t know but my first delivery from the dust free hay company had lots of thorns in the soft meadow hay. The timothy hay didn't seem to be as good quality as the oxbow timothy either. So i am going to try hay 4 pets next. Will let you know

I am sorry to here of your bad experiences with dust free hay, I buy all the time from them and go direct to the guy who is always very helpful, he prides himself on quality and would be genuinely dissapointed to here of your problems if you were to contact him. I have found his hay the best value and quality locally to me.

Dust free hay every time. Cheap, good quality, and lovely efficient delivery.

I wouldn't buy anything else.

Ive used both dust free hay and hay for pets - my preference is dust free hay - why?

Dust Free Hay?
I find the hay is far less dusty and is of good quality - delivery is super fast for example if i ordered it today it would get dispatched tomorrow and id receive it on tuesday. I place an order with them every 4wks for my 10 pigs, i order their large bales (1 stalky 1 soft) and my lot go nuts for the stuff.

Their american timothy hay is to die for - only downside is the price, i once ordered two boxes of the american timothy hay, 1 box of meadow hay and 1 english timothy hay - it lasted my lot 2wks :{ at £33 for the lot, it was an expensive buy, but my lot loved it and as an occassional treat id buy it again.

Hay for pets?
I found delivery was taking too long for me i would order on a sunday and would not get it till thursday/friday. I used to order their timothy hay (2 large bales) and the one bale lasted my lot 16wks and they still had quarter of the bale left - so they obviously were not eating as much.

On the plus side their bales are massive and very stalky so good for keeping teeth healthy
