No sign of flakey skin on ear? Around it?

Could be a nick off a cage mate maybe? keep an eye on it, if it get redder or bigger and flakey see a vet.

Possibly a nick then keep a close eye on it see if it develops further would be my advice

The rescuer I went to had multiple babies up for adoption and one of them had a cut in their ear, not like this but an actual gap in their ear. She said is was probably from the piggy's mother but I wasn't sure since when I was viewing the piggies 2 of them started full on fighting so, you never know! This just looks like someone has caught their teeth on your piggy's ear.
