Hi everyone, I noticed my Sophia has what I believe to be earwax in her left ear. When I touch her ear she shakes her head like a dog, and when I looked at her ear canal, there seemed to be a chunk of earwax in it. However, I think there is more underneath what I can see and I'm unable to get to it with a qtip. Initially, I used a qtip to clean the outer surface before I saw the chunk closer to the actual ear canal.
I'm using trizultra+ keto that the vet prescribed for my bunnies. How long should I use it, and how long do you think it will take for her to completely shake out the earwax?

Hi!

Please have her vet checked, in case there is more going on than earwax. Rabbit earmites and e.cuniculi can also affect guinea pigs.

Sorry for the confusion. She is not housed with anything other than the other piggies. The bunnies are housed elsewhere but I used the same ear cleansing solution for her earwax.
