I have a herd of 8 guinea pigs (7 sows & 1 boar) and they live in a shed connected to an aviary and there is a herb garden n the aviary. Last night i was putting some new herbs in and i must of left one of the plant pots in the aviary. This morning i came back and a large chunk about the size of a table spoon had been eaten. All of the pigs seemed fine and they are all eating and drinking but I'm worried because a chewed up plant pot might be sharp and i don't want it to cause any internal damage.

All you can do is keep a close eye on your piggies for the next few days and take any that show signs of problems to the vets asap. Fingers crossed!
