Have sent all messages explaining how they're not suited to guineas & would they change their descriptions. Please feel free to send you own ;)

I'm getting bluddy annoyed now >:(

Re: Guinea Pig Wheel!!

I don't think the people truly care, which is most of the problem. They are both horrid for guinea pigs, it's amzing what people will do for a couple of bucks.

I am absolutely gobsmacked how can you say a cage that is suitable for a hamster/gerbil/rat is also suitalble for a guinea/rabbit! Obviously common sense plays no part, either that or they are, as you say, out for the money regardless of the cost to the animal >:( >:(

I'm gonna have to go to bed before i self combust!

Good on you for sending a message to Ebay, i do believe if they get pm'd about a problem sale they will delete them O0
BUT it still doesn't solve the problem with these idiots selling them in the first place and OMG i can't believe they recommend for gp's :tickedoff: :tickedoff: :tickedoff: :tickedoff:
Niki i agree i might just self combust too!

Its bad enough sayinh hamster/mouse cages are suitable for rats...theres a MASSIVE size difference.
But saying the same size cage is big enough for a rabbit or guinea pig is unbelievable!

My pigs coulnt fit in that whell let alone the rabbits! and those cages are way to small for either... maybe a gerbil i dont know how bg they are but not a bunny or gp! :tickedoff: :tickedoff: :tickedoff:

Hi Niki, I also cannot understand what is wrong with some people! Anyone in their right mind can see that these cages are way too small for guinea pigs, let alone rabbits! I did notice, however that the last one has been withdrawn :)

The last link you gave us is now unavailable, so i guess the item was taken off. (what was it?)

And to the 3rd link, i sent her this question... How is a rabbit or guinea pig meant to fit in this?

some people 98) :tickedoff:

It was tall like 1st one but had shelves & lots of little ladders like 2nd one with 2 wheels, they actually said if you take everything out it would be suitable for a gp or  a rabbit- i posted on RU about it & they also sent messages in - looked like a perfect hamster poss gerbil cage with a small door opening.  What i just do not understand is the lack of common sense, there is a HUGE difference in size from a hamster to a flaming g.p or rabbit!
Glad it's been taken off  O0

You telll me one thing, where on earth do these people get the daft idea that cavies run in wheels? 98) Even when I first started and knew nothing about guinea pigs I didn't think they would want a wheel?

I'd be glad when products and homes for cavies that are unsuitable are not sold anymore O0
