Edible Loofah Balls

Anyone tried these on their rabbits or guineas ?

Great question... I'd be very interested to know if guinea pigs like them. Always fancied growing them....

I have seen them in P@H but mine never play with anything much that I buy, so given them a miss. Hoshishi?...Growing them? I thought loofahs came from under the sea or am I being thicker than usual? xx

Mine never play with anything either - they just want proper food!

I did buy a small one and Fizzi use to grab it and through it! But then I forgot about it and binned it when I cleaned the hutch out!:xrolleyes

Nutmeg, I believe they grow on vines and you can grow them outside although probably better and warmer to grow inside. I wonder if it would be worth a try.... maybe piggies prefer home-grown once....

I've never used them but know other people have. They're safe though - Pampered Piggies used to sell them.

I've seem Loofah's in P&H too but my piggies aren't really a one to play with toys so i give them a miss too.

I also didn't know that you can grow Loofah's :S
