Eeek not sure what to do

Evening all

Dexter was neutered on Tuesday and today was prescribed baytril and Metacam. I have been using a pillow by way of bedding and noticed a few small orange marks on the case. I think it may be a bit of blood but I'm not sure what to do......
 
Blood in the urine dries to a dirty brown colour. Orange staining is often iron content excreted in the urine which 'rusts' once in contact with the air.

If there is any oozing from the wound, it feels hot, looks inflamed or swells please call your vet for advice.

This morning there was another stain, slightly bigger
This time and more red. Do I need to call the vets? He is acting normal and in no pain. Went for his post op check yesterday and has been given baytril and metacam .....
 
As you are concerned enough to ask the question then yes, phone the vet.

Went to the vets and he has a slight infection in one of the wounds. Got to keep going with the messes and clean twice a day with salty water. He is being such a brave boy! X
