elderly sow with a messy bum :-\

my nearly 6 year old sow keeps getting a messy bum
she is generally quite well and happy but lstely every time i pick her up
she is dirty. its whitey creamy. so i have been cleaning her with wet wipes..
Any ideas?
Is this just a sign of old age or do i need to get her up the vets?

my piggy is nearly 7, I haven't noticed this, maybe * should get him to the vets, just to be on the safe side :)
 
She may have a urine infection. It is best to take her to get her checked out. Also keep her hair short around her bottom which will help. You may want to switch to vet bed so she does not get urine scald.
