electric fly zappers

I have mine on at the mo,thank god I do ( i keep hearing a zzz),everyone round here seems to have loads and loads of flies hanging around >:(

mostly because the damn bins arent collected until fortnightly >:( >:(
 
I've noticed a couple of flies in my room lately buzzing round the piggy and hammy cages....any tips what I should get?

Eww, ours are collected weekly, would hate for them to only be collected fortnightly.

Need to get some bulbs for ours but at the moment we have sticky fly paper and citronella candles dotted around and there isn't many O0

This is exactly why we have 50 million flying around our house big blue ones yuk they drive me mad! Hubby is going to get a fly zapper from the range this week and I think I will have to try harder to find some citronela stuff to put by the piggies

this rubbish collection thing needs sorting,next door always has maggots in her bin no matter how many times she washes it out,I feel sorry for her..
 
Guys where do you get electric fly zappers from that are suitable for use in a piggy shed and any rough ideas on price? Thanks.

I agree with you all, flies are the pits - must be very satisfying to hear the zzzzzzzzzz as they, well how can I put it gently ...... DIE! >:D ;D ;D
 
HAHAHA i had like a tennis racket shaped one in hereford with robin, we brought 3 and me robin and robins brother mark last summer went around the house swatting them! it was so fun! (it's hard though :|)

ill have a look where we got ours from,i think it was somewhere that supplies hotel kitchens etc,mines fairly big and it got 34 quid

the most favoured ones are from www.nisbits.co.uk a kitchen supplys company mine is quite powerful and the sheds glow when its dark , I get a great buzz ( get it ?) when it zapps one
 
I always feel like singing another one bites the dust when it gets fried , it went off today while I was int eh boys shed and poor little murphy was so busy watching what I was up to it made him jump ,
 
I am going to have to get one. Just got to think about where to put it to make sure little kiddies and other animals can't get to it. They do trace you if you look at them to long. 98) :)
 
my zappers going zzz all the time at the mo,even with citronella in the shed etc etc,bloody things are annoying flying around
