Mine also love spinach, but it is also an occasional treat here too.
It is pretty high in calcium so best not given too often.
But I am jealous of your farmers market - it sounds lovely.

Raw - Ours don't really like it. Remember it can turn wee and poo red so don't panic!

Spinach is well loved by our girls they get it every four weeks or so when we make a chickpea spinach curry
