embarrassing names at the vets

at our vets they call out the pets name when its your turn to go in which can be rather embarrassing ;D
for example - they call out 'Cutie Girl' (my cat) or Fluff Puff (rip g/pig)

do any of your pets have silly names that the vet has to shout out in the waiting room? :D
 
well dobbys got his first ever visit to the vet today so that might be fuuny although they know me well so call me by michelle anyway and Trinas on reception so we'll have our usual chat Lilac who died the other day was sister to one of her pigs kronk but he died a while ago
 
I used to have a Maltese Terrier that was called "Dinky Doo". Never really worried at the vets shouting her name, but one day while out on a walk on the local rugby field, she slipped her collar and ran off. I have got to say it was very embarrassing going past rugby players and their watchers shouting "Dinky Doo!" ;D
 
My last name is Baldwin, I'm so tempted to call one of my piggies mike or danny just for a laugh ;D
 
LOL they do the same at our vets, but with our surname too! ;)

Tiny Player (piggy) and Tatty-put Player (cat) brings out smiles! :D
 
Well i think i can beat all of those names, i had 32 mice one pregnancy of 14 and one of 13, not planned but i kept them all, but i kind of ran out of names that i liked so i ended up calling 4 identical ones stinky, smelly, pooey and phwoar lol, luckily i only had to take stinky in to the vets, it would have been very embarassing otherwise!

i know there call there names out at my vets too but holly molly lilly meggie and simba anit that bad its takes me a few ssecs to reslise that there calling my pet in tho

there be like simba gurney and I'm jsut sat there than it clicks its my cays turn to go in

and my dad allways comes with me to the vets with them and when we are checking them in he asks me what there names are
 
We had a cat called Alice & when they called her we realised that with surname she was Alice Cooper!
 
when we had Dusty " done " someone had a mutt there called FooFoo :o :o :o

i dont think id wanna be seen running down the street shouting " Foofoo come here " at a big dog :o
 
when I joined our vet, Carol said "what are their names?"

So i said; "Riff Raff, Scarbo and Doctor Atkins"

and she said "well I did ask." ;D

LOL vets look at me gone out when I go through all my lot - they expect me to struggle remembering!
 
Yep its always embarrassing when my boys go to the vets, Benidorm and Bokki, lol the vet can't pronounce Bokki so he just calls him fuzz :) :) ;D
 
years ago i lived next to two elderly ladies, who one day there dog became ill, i offered to take them to the vets & rang for an appiontment...
vets 'whats the dogs name' me 'err bobby' vets 'and the surname?' 'err not sure ... I'm a neighbour...err (shouting across to the elderly lady) whats your surname?....' neighbour 'moore' me ' 'ok its moore' vets 'so its bobby, bobby moore' :-[ ;D
 
My vets just say "Hi, come on in" they see is so often with the rescues ans geriatric cats ::)

My freind has just started traing as a nurse at a vets and she had an embarrassing moment! She has had trouble with her hearing and a lady came in to pick Tommy up but she couldnt unstand the woman. So she went out the back and as there was only one animal left in she took the dog to the woman. The woman than said ' No I have come to collect Tommy's ashes'! My freind was felt really bad and has since had her ears seen to!
 
My friend's surname is Berg so she called her dog Ice. She says its really funny at the vets when they call out Ice Berg ;D ;D
 
my cat is called psycho so thats a bit embrassing especially when you try to call him when he is outside
 
My orig buns were called ...... Teapot and Porkpie ;D ;D

Their names raised several eyebrows at the vets I can tell you.
 
Not so much my pets (though I do get comments about my cat being caleld Stylus) but when I was at the vets last week some people came in with their cat (who had bene hit by a car :() and it was called Catfish! ;D
 
I used to have a piggy called Big-heap, good job he never needed the vet ;D
