Emergency dental/gum condition

Hello. My guinea pig Hurley has a lump on his upper gum that I can almost guarantee wasn't there 2-3 days ago. Today I noticed his right nostril was watering. This seems to be an emergency. I am attaching a picture here, could someone please guide me as to what it can be.

Without a hands on check, we can only make guesses which isn’t helpful. Please do have your piggy seen by a vet.
Check his weight daily so you can be sure he is still able to eat hay properly, stepping in with syringe feeding if there are signs of problems eating (including weight loss)

This really does need to be seen by the vets as soon as you are able to do so. @Piggies&buns is quite right that you need to make sure he is able to eat properly. The only way to be sure is by regular weighing to check he’s maintaining his weight. And to step in with syringe feeding to support him if he’s unable to maintain his normal diet.
