That looks a bit sore but I dont think its quite an emergency under the current guidelines for seeking vet treatment. Make some sterile saline (add salt to boiling water then let it cool to room temperature) and bathe it, a couple of times a day until it starts to scab and heal- just keep an eye on it that it doesnt get infected, but it should be fine- piggy ears bleed a fair bit but usually heal fine, many piggies who have found themselves at the lower end of the pecking order have quite tatty ears!
Probably this was a misjudged accidental bite but if there is frequent biting and lunging you might consider whether your boys are compatible as a pair long term. But for now some sterile saline and a few treats should make things better :)

It doesn't look too bad... I agree with cleaning it with sterile saline and keeping an eye on it. My vet had also said I can put a touch of Polysporin on cuts/scrapes on areas where they piggie is not just going to lick it off. It should heal up fine... none of mine had never bitten each other, but I did have a pig come home with a couple of notches in her ear, so SOMEONE had nipped her at some point in a guinea pig scuffle.
