You need to see a vet as soon as possible.
Only a vet can give you a proper diagnosis and treatment.
Treating on spec isn’t recommended.

If you are in the UK then try asking Blue Cross if they can help with vet bills

Thank you for your reply I had a look and they don’t accept new people I treated one of them before with a similar problem with the same anti biotic cream I only used it once on my other one and within a week it healed

We do not recommend home treatments on this forum. Your guinea pig does need to see a vet, if you are UK based are you able to access the PDSA? Without a vets visit for an accurate diagnosis you, and us, have no idea what you are trying to treat. A cream could make it better, it could have no effect or it could in fact make the matter much worse. I certainly wouldn't recommend putting a cream on a sensitive area like the eye
