As some of you may remember, Emma and Ellen had a tough few months towards the end of 2015. We very sadly lost neutered boar Enoch to dental problems in September and then very sadly Erika to lymphoma in December
Emma has recently been diagnosed with Interstitial Cystitis after everything else has been ruled out. She is being treated with a daily dose of Cystease and Metacam and Ellen has been diagnosed with Diabetes which is thankfully being controlled by diet. We also lost 5 gerbil brothers and one of my cats developed a nasty abscess from a cat bite
Unfortunately It all became too much after Enoch died and my parents offered to take care of them for a while. My parents are only a 5 minute drive away and I visited daily. I brought them home just after Erika was diagnosed with lymphoma so Emma and Ellen have been home for a few weeks now. I am keeping my fingers very firmly crossed and touching lots of wood that these two are doing just fine after all the upset and will have a happier 2016 x
