I have a chew toy in their cage but apart from a few tiny teeth marks they're not really interested. I've also tried stuffing a cardboard tube with hay but they just wiggle the hay out and leave the tube! I bought some sticks for them to chew on from P@H but they're not interested in those either.

The only thing I've seen them chew on is their expensive log cabin house! I don't mind them chewing that but they don't seem to chew enough and I'm worried about their teeth growing too long.

They have hay, muesli and veggies but I don't suppose that will file their teeth down?

So any ideas on how I can get them to chew would be most helpful.

Thanks. :)

Not all piggies are interested in chew toys or gnawing on anything. Hay will do the job just fine; in fact hay really is better for wearing the teeth down as hay deals with the molars as well as the incisors. No need to worry, just keep feeding them as you are!

my girls are only interested in chewing apple sticks and that is that nothing else
