Endive safe?

Wondering if endive is safe for pigs to eat, my lot had some yesterday and 3 of my girls have slightly running poo this evening and all I can think of thats changed is they had some rolled oats but wernt too interested in those and endive.
Just seems odd that 3 out of 10 have this but the rest are perfectly fine.
