Junior Guinea Pig
I want my guinea pigs to have more enrichment, but they don’t play with them too much. Any tips?

What type of thing are you trying?
Commercial toys tend to be ignored, most of us don’t bother with anything like that.
Fun for mine is large piles of hay (and I feed their veg scattered amongst the hay. They also get their pellets amongst hay but I only feed pellets 2-3 times a week) , cardboard boxes with holes cut out, cardboard tubes and most importantly each other!
The only thing I tend to buy is a hay cube or carrot cottage

Mine like all the above, don’t waste your money on shop bought treats, they aren’t healthy

Some activities I do for my guinea pigs are I get empty toilet roll and fill with hay and treats. Also I get some string and hang it across the cage and put veggies (carrots and cucumber stay on well) cut a little slit in them and hang them on the string. Then they spend time standing up reaching for the veggies.

Enrichment is a lot more than toys. Guinea pigs are not predators like cats that play with their prey and pactice.
