My dad finally noticed after 3 weeks, well he didn't notice he was told of Esme the day after Bettes death. Shes officially a member of the family.

My dad had even been in my room but didn't notice her, he thought I'd cut Milo's hair :lol!:

Aww, that pic is soo cute, look at her sneeking {:|! How could your dad not notice something as gorgeous as Esme :))

Might I add she was never not part of the family, but it is nice that all the family now know about her :)).

I can actually say her name now! rolleyes

Lol, how could he not notice someone so little and cute :)

Problem VERY neatly solved... Even though you must miss Bette SO much!

Yes, I do. I especially miss her cuddles. I have photo's of her the night before she died, on photobucket and although she doesn't look so poorly in them it's a constant reminder of how she was, before letting her go.

Do you think it's awful if I delete them?

No - you will always look at those picture with a pang in your heart, even several years on. I have similar ones of Fflur, Ffion and my other Rainbow piggies, so I know how you feel. Remember the good times!

PS: I love your new avatar!

I'd also delete them - keep the memories happy honey, you deserve happy memories of your girl.

Not at all. It's not awful.
I've done the same. It was a hard choice to make but you want to remember the good times and keep the good, happy photos.

I had photos of my Louie shortly before he died...He didn't look poorly in them but I knew I'd always look at them and remember that those were photos of him when he was unwell and in pain.
There's nothing wrong with deleting those photos, I'm sure Bette wouldn't want to be remembered like that, either.

we too have photos of Bertie the day before he went, but we chose to keep them because we feel that despite the pain, he was a happy piggy, at least that's what the picture seems to convey and that particular floor-time session had been a joyful and playful event.

I'm not trying to change your mind and i agree that if they make you feel unhappy, then you should delete them. In your heart of hearts, you know what is right.
