Vets have said to give Gizmo some excel food mixed with his normal wagg food to help him gain weight does anybody else use excel?
 
I feed everyone on excel it is the best food out... :)

if youre talking about burgess excell nuggets then yes a lot of people on here use them :-)
 
You'll find a lot of people on here who use them. Burgess Excel is the number 1 veterinary recommended food so its very popular and a good brand of food. Wagg is also good too. If he needs to gain weight then unlimited amounts of pellets will help.

Yes, I use excel for my six - both the blackcurrant and oregano which they love, and which I've used for a while. I get them from P@H and recently got some larger ones flavoured with mint, which I haven't used before, but which I bought for some variety and which they love as well. They are good for preventing selective feeding, where one piggie takes all of one sort of ingredient in a muesli, and doesn't necessarily get all the nutrition s/he should.
 
Thanks guys... its the orange bag ive been told to buy but now hes better he seems ok with his wagg and eating loads more so might see if he carries on with this first then slowly try him =)
