Exploring after clean out day?

My boys always look really annoyed when I’ve had a thorough clean out. I always shake off and put any dry bedding back in so they don’t lose their smells…
But it’s like they miss the mess they made…

Mine teeth chatter at me and rumble when I'm cleaning out. Little ! Dot sometimes chases my hand and grunts and then nips it. She thinks she's tough

I have to let mine go and have some floor time or time in the playpen when cleaning. They just want to be in the way otherwise! The twice daily poo removal is a task in itself… never mind a full clean out, with my nosy boys!

Mine stay in the hutch a bit longer when it's run clean out day. Then when I put them in the run they go exploring to make sure that everything is where it should be and to see if I've put something new and exciting in there.

Well today I tried some of the strawberry leaves from Piggie Parcels. I wish I had caught their reactions on camera Thor literally looked me in the eye as if to say “are you kidding… what is this? You know what we like mum!”
