I have searched the forum and read majority of posts re, fungal infections....and the internet!
What extent do any of you go to who's pigs have had fungal infections. In terms of their accommodation? I came across one site which said to throw your wooden hutch away! I have 6 ft two tier hutch and a diy extra run I attach. Has anyone actually done this or do you go OTT on the f10 disinfectant? Same with wooden hay cart rack, toys and wooden ramp. I've washed all fleece on a 60 degree wash. Any help appreciated.

My view - the spores are around anyway . Of course, I agree with 60 degree wash - and cleaning with F10 - but I wouldn't expect people being able to afford having to change their hutches too !

I would go OTT with the F10 for now. I have heard of someone though who after every single pig got fungal actually destroyed all the hutches and stopped keeping them in the shed. It was a very bad case though.
