Extra skin

Hey i was just wondering what is wrong with Apatche's willy he has what looks like extra skin on it it is the color of his skin.It don't seem to bother himbut my other boy guinea don't have it.My dad look at it and he thinks it is just skin but i don't know.It ain't red or inflamed it looks like extra skin.I was just wondering.
 
Sounds like it could be cauliflower penis. Perfectly normal, nothing to worry about. If you've got pictures, it would help a lot.

That's a typical case of cauliflower penis. Totally harmless and normal. :)
