My mum brought round her sewing machine for me to play with.
I have never even sewn a button on!
I though I'd start with something "easy"....1402502220264.webpIt looks like a child has gone mental with scissors!
Only my first attempt (2 hours I'll never get back). The important thing is that it's still together!
 
Whoa i thought that photo was the.professional one and then.u were going to.post your effort! Its really good, u should be.proud :)

I have no patience. I think once I know how to do something (in my head) it'll turn out just perfect! Ahh long way to go before I'm making wedding dresses! But the pigs are good critics....as long as there's hay!
 
Can't see what's wrong with that. Does the job and looks good. None of my homemade fleece cage liners are quite the right size or even the same size but my piggies don't complain and I tell them that's how they are maent to be ;)

Haha! Cage liner will be my next tantrum :) should be fairly easy though as I've already made one with hemming web but it's coming apart after each wash so I'll just fix it in place. I'm sticking to making piggy bits for now because it's only for hay or to be peed on.
I managed to get the seams straight which I was quite proud of. It's just the holes that look a bit crazy. I got the pattern the wrong way round and the other side if the bag is the wrong way round too, but it's just for laughs so I'm not getting too annoyed by it :D
