Eye is squinting! Oh no, not this again...

Sasha's left eye is squinting more than normal. I picked her up and looked at her closely, and indeed, her left eye is sunken in a fraction more than it should be. I brought a sick piggie home like five months ago, and she infected Sasha with a URI. I returned the sick piggie, but Sasha already had an infection. Her eye wouldn't open. I used the ointment they gave to me for the returned sick piggie on Sasha, instead, and she beat the infection.

Now I hear weird coughing. And a lot of sneezes. And now Sasha's left eye is starting to squint again. Oh, lord, what do I do? Is it vet time?

So scared.
 
Forgot to mention Sasha is not lethargic, is eating plenty of food, drinking plenty of water, she's just as active as ever. But this eye squint has me on red alert.
