Eye issue-AGAIN!

Ditto had a bad hay poke, went to vets got treated all ok, last week sticky eye again went to vets told to keep soaking it with saline, cleared up. This morning his eye is all discharging again! The eyeball itself looks okay, what is causing these flare ups? I'm thinking conjunctivitus?
 
Hi, you could be right, if the eye its self is ok he may have an infection in the tissue around it, or in his tear duct. i have had similar in one of my pigs which cleared up with a course of septrin (oral anti biotic)
