Hi everyone

With two long haired boars living on fleece and sleeping in fleece beds I now have the unenviable task of trying to get as much hair off the fleece as possible before it goes into the washing machine and there is a lot of it!

Cue my great new gadget - the pet hair magnet. http://www.discountedpetproducts.net/PET_HAIR_MAGNET_DISPLAY-UKP101090.html

I picked one up in my local pet feeds store the other day. It is so easy to use and really gets rid of all the hair in a few easy strokes. Its brilliant.

Thought I would share this with those of you who might find it useful :)

I brought a rubber pet hair removal brush from a pound shop and used it the other day on the fleece and beds, its bloomin marvellous - I only brought it for the OH to use on his car seats as he moans about peppers hair on them and he hadnt used it, so I have comendeered it :))

yikes the shipping cost is coming up at £19.76! I think I'll have to wait until payday for that lol

Is it just a bit like a window cleaning devise or does it need to be a specific pet hair remover, i want one and dont have a poundland anywhere near grr!

Or go to Poundland lol

Haha very true, is it poundland they are from then as we have quite a large poundland in town. Will have to go and look when I have fully recovered from my op

I use a yellow rubber washing up glove, for my cats hairs. I find that if you dampen it slightly it works loads better, might be worth a try and is loads cheaper :)

mine was £2 from a local hardwear store called proper job - its only bristol and weston it seems and no website. Think it was in the car cleaning section, afterall it was for the OH's car.

The first link is an american site, the wording and termanolgy give it away - hence the high shipping costs

Do they work well? I think my hubby would like one of those if they do for when he de-hairs the fleece before washing ;)

Well mum has gone into poundland while in town today to have a look for them, am hoping she found one :)
