hiya everyone

don't know if you remember post about Wendy house I turned into home for guinea pigs, well I finally finished it last week and decided to introduce girls back together to go back into it, I put them in neutral ground with double amount of space of there hutches and made sure there wasn't places to hide (that's what it said on instructions I had about introductions) I put a couple of piles of hay for them to eat and some water, ruby (she lives in pair with daisy) was trying to be dominate one by chasing the other three(willow, poppy and fudge) round and pulling there hair out (which I read was normal when one is being dominate) but the more she tried to do dominate with them , daisy seemed to get annoyed with her and they started to try fight, one of them lunged at the other so I decided to stop it there as the 3 seemed to be getting quite stressed with the matter and I didn't want ruby or daisy to injury each other as they get along so well usually so I took them all out and decided to keep ruby with daisy (as they were fine as long as its just them 2) and I put willow, poppy and fudge in Wendy house, so know I am going to find a new bigger hutch for ruby and daisy,

I am not going to try introducing again as I think they are fine with who they are with and I'm worried one of them will get injured

sorry if anything I did was wrong but was just doing what I read

It sounds as though you know your piggies very well, can read their body language and understood what they were trying to say. So I don't think you did anything wrong, sometimes this bonding simply doesn't work. It's a shame, but piggies just make up their own minds sometimes and it doesn't matter what we want at all in the end. They will simply be themselves.

Your wendy house is fab and can we please see some pigtures of Willow, Poppy and Fudge in there!

I am sorry that things haven't worked out, but piggies very much have their own minds, and we have to accept that. You can only offer them the choice - it is theirs to make!

Thanks everyone :) yeah atleast I tried, and atleast they all have company none of them are alone

I will take some pictures tomorrow when I finish work, that's if they let me, they tend to hide from me, still working on getting them use to me,

Sorry it didn't work out. Look forward to the wendy house pictures. :)
