Fans can help the air circulate, makes things feel slightly less stuffy, but don't have them blowing directly on the piggies. :)

Forzen water bottles, wrapped in towels, damp beach towels over or near the guinea pigs cage to cool the air by evaporating water can also help.

I don't envy you having to keep your guinea pigs cool in the Turkish climate. If you have cool tiles on the floor then I'd say give them as much floortime as possible, leaving some of the floor uncovered for them to lie on.

Good luck!

I have two cage fans I got from e bay they do help, I put them on before it gets too warm.

just remember when your using fans all they do is ossolate(sp?) the warm air so you need to have an escape rout for that air but most of us would have a window open so that acts as an escape route for the warm air. Also remeber warm air rises so its more benificial to point your fans up a bit forcing the warm air to "go away" as it were

Thanks everyone, thankfully we're right in the northern part of Turkey (Istanbul) so it rarely goes above 35oC. I've bought a portable air conditioner for the room now because it was getting too hot.

We are moving into a house in September with a garden so the piggies can actually have some outside time, my hubby is going to build them a wooden run :)

I would highly recommend Scatch and Newton Ice pods if you can get hold of them. Let me know if not and I could get some and send them over for you. You freeze them up then put them in with the piggys. Mine love them!
