If you could go anywhere, no restrictions at all, once we are free again - where would you go?

I've always wanted to see the Canadian Rockies - and I've just found out that Japan in cherry blossom season is a thing so I want to do that too 🥰
 
We were supposed to go to Banff (Canadian Rockies) on 1st June, but of course flight was cancelled. 😭 But we have a travel credit from Air Canada good for 2 years so it's good at the moment. We don't want to travel overseas for a year or two anyway unless there's an effective vaccine already.

Anyway, aside from Banff, I really want to go to Japan, not because of the place though but because I love Japanese food. Hubby don't like Japanese food though and he really hates going in cities an crowded places, which Japan is. I also want to go to Switzerland and hubby agreed that we can travel there in the future, as long as we won't have to go thru France. 😂
 
I was talking to the kids about this today.

DD1 would love to go back to Singapore.
I would love to go back ot the Maldives.
DD2 wants to go to Bora Bora.
And DH will go anywhere, as long as someone else does all the research and books and arranges everything!

I would love to go to Maldives! But hubby hates going to beaches coz he can't drive there and no other scenery apart from the beach. 🙄 He loves road trips. Mind you, I haven't had any complaints with all the travelling we did in America.

We went back to Singapore for 5 days on Feb last year (before travelling back home to Philippines for my brother's wedding). It was nice to be back (I used to work there) but dang it..I can't handle the heat anymore. It was really too hot there. That's probably one of the reasons why loads of their shopping malls in Orchard Road are all underground. The place was soooooo different from when I was last there in 2010.
 
I'd love to go back to the Caribbean again. I went there on a cruise s few years ago and it was stunning.
