He is...sort of. He's very very anxious and frightened. It's such a shame. He's so cute too in a bedraggled way. He may need a friend sooner rather than later. He doesn't seem vicious but he's clearly very scared. Left him alone to settle in.

aww little sweetheart he will be skittish for a few days in some horrid cases it can take weeks for them to trust..hope the person contacts me while i have spacexxx
