Following Guinea Pig Feature Week, I feel it’s only fair to give some dedication to our Rainbow Bridge Piggies.
Starting with the beautiful Loki.
Loki and Thor were the first piggies to arrive to live with us. I had had guinea pigs when younger, but then not for many years. And then we found these two. Very happily bonded from the start, Loki was always quite laid back whilst it was Thor getting up to mischief.
Loki was a very loving piggy. He loved snuggles with his hoomans, napping with his hoomans and giving his hoomans a bath!
The biggest of all of our boys, Loki was almost 1700g! Though he wasn’t particularly overweight and was a very active pig, he was just genetically a large piggy compared to the others.
Loki loved to follow his hooman mummy around and was always the first to perk up if the fridge door opened.
So we would like to dedicate today to our gorgeous boy Loki. His favourite food was celery or an occasional carrot treat, and his favourite activity was napping or cuddling with his hoomans
