Hi everyone, my piggies are getting a bit fed up with their veg. Any suggestions for something new would be gratefully received.

They usually have
Spring greens
Crazy leaf lettuce
Cucumber
Carrots
Celery
Turnip
Basil
Spinach (as a wee treat which they would live on if they had the chance)
Peppers
Radish
Broccoli
Pak choi
Courgettes
Baby corn
Green beans
Parsley
Watercress
Tomato

Thank you Nicola x

I only put down veg on fruit they have

Strawberries
Melon
Banana
Apple
Orange
Kiwi
Pear

They only have a little of fruit though, and to be honest they are not that keen. They enjoy a banana skin. And if they are feeling poorly or down in the dumps then they like a wee bit of soft pear. Thanks for the suggestion though. Nicola x

Have you tried Kale, my piggies love it and also my piggies really like chard. :)

you could try fennel, coriander, beetroot and kohl rabi. my piggies likes these. They'll even ignore the grass when they have beetroot around.

Corn on the cob are coming into the shops slowly at the moment (it's been a poor year cropwise).

Pigs can eat the husks (the leafy bits!), the silks (the stringy bits!) and the corn!

Not too much of the corn though, it's quite high in sugar. Mine have one every 6 weeks or so, but they can eat the husks and silks more frequently. Mine get the husks, I eat the corn!
