Feeding a 4 week old babe

I've just had a gorgeous little babe x) come to me this afternoon and it turns out she's only about 4 weeks old. She's been drinking, eating small amounts of fresh veg and has just started to nibble at little pieces of Gerty.
I was going to mash up some science select and see if she'd take it, she's also had a little bit of cucumber since she's been with me. She's desperate for company but I'm going to let her settle tonight before trying her with a couple of my girlies tomorrow.
I've never had a piggie this young before so need some advice on what to feed her - she's been away from mum for about a week but seems to be doing ok.
There's a pic of her on dogpages - don't know how to put a link in :red but will get some pics in the next few days.
Any advice gratefully received

At 4 weeks she should be weaned so she shouldn't need milk or milk substitutes. She'll probably be missing the company though, so perhaps an auntie sow would help (if she's healthy).

Go easy on the green stuff as it can upset their tummies - similarly, I don't put babies that young out on the grass (or only for 10 mins at a time). If she's eating dry food and some veg, and hay, then just pop her on the scales now and check that she's gaining weight rather than losing.

Also if she's by herself, a little fleecy bed or small box will help her keep warm.

I think the woman I got her from had her out on the grass over the weekend, her poos all look normal and she's very bright and VOCAL so should fit in with the noisy lot I've got. I was going to try her with Spark and Ember tomorrow and see how they go but leave her alone tonight so the others can get used to her noise. I must say that when she first got here and was weeekking away all the piggies - girlies especially - were very interested.

I've put a towel in an igloo with some hay so she should be warm enough but I'll feel happier when she's got company, which I know she's desperate for.

Will post some pics when I've got some, but she's just gorgeous - jet black and just teeny - bless x)x)
 
She sounds lovely! I took Pedro when he was approx 4 weeks old- he'd just left his mother that day. He was the same- very vocal, and he loved the company of Alf (a year old), who was also very protective of him. He's now about 14 weeks old and has settled down on the vocal front; possibly because Alf is very quiet but he's still as lively as ever!

Regarding the eating, Sophie knows her stuff and Pedro certainly had no trouble with the food he was offered!
 
She's been away from mum for just over a week!
She originally came from Kent, travelled in a chain of 4 transporters, spent 2 nights in a cardboard box with a piece of cucumber in someones toilet cos they didn't like piggies before ending up at another small rescue local to me. The woman who runs if has had piggies before and has cared for him really well but has an abundance of other animals to care for at the mo and her own girlie pigs were bullish with her, so she's come to me :(|)x):(|).

Fingers crossed my girlies accept her tomorrow so she's got company :)
