Corriander is a good every day herb I believe O0 You can feed parsley but it is high in calcuim so feed sparingly. Flat leaf parsley though has less calcuim in that curly leaf O0 I've fed mint, dill (mine love dill), chervil in the past O0
Mine love coriander and dill but I have read somewhere that they can become addicted to dill? is this true? are we going to have dill junkies on our hands?! mine certainly like it!
mines love basil and coriander i grow my own in those flat trays there a great height for my piggies and i can put them in their run i normally grow a few and keep rotating them (get demolished other wise )
any herb or food should be added slowly. sadly most herbs zoe loves but all but parsley give her the soft poops and junk food jessie won't eat anything but parsley. sending hugs :smitten: :smitten: :smitten: girls send :-* :-* :-*
Fresh coriander(UK)/cilantro(US) can be fed daily (1 sprig per piggy).
Fresh green leafed herbs like parsley, basil, dill, mint, fennel can be fed every few days and are a good way of adding valuable vitamins and minerals to the diet.
Mediterranean herbs like marjoram/oregano or thyme should be ony given in very small quantities as they are very high in essential oils; sage and rosemary even more so.
