My piggies are very picky and don't want to eat any fruits or vegetables.
Any tips on how to get them to start eating them?

Mostly, just keep offering. Mine refused a lot of things when I first started but I just kept offering tbem and gradually they got used to them. First time they'd just smell. A few times layer they'd nibble. Then a few times later they start to eat more. It's often their way of learning what's safe.

Lots of variety, finding what they like is often trial and error I am afraid.

I agree with the trial and error thing. If they are new to your home then it might take them some time as they are still getting used to their new environment. I reckon that was one of the issues with my two at first.

You could try some freshly picked grass to mix in with the veg. Once they get chomping they may just carry on. Corriander often goes down well.

My girls eat anything but they absolutely love coriander and that always gets scoffed first! They also love cucumber, kale, cherry tomatoes, salad leaves, carrot, apple, banana, spring greens, peppers (all colours!) etc!
