I am getting a bit confused with all my research about what to feed daily and what to feed sparingly. Can romaine red leaf and green leaf lettuce be fed every day? What about kale and spinach

We feed ours this roughly
Morning:
Cucumber
Celery
1/6th of Red/Green/Yellow Bell Pepper (de-seeded)

Evening:
Cucumber
Two Little Gem Lettuce leaves or 10 sprigs Coriander. Twice a week we will swap in cabbage or parsley

We also add in to the above diet carrot, sweet potato, celery leaves and a few other things occasionally

Romaine lettuce shouldn't be daily. We feed Lettuce 3 nights a week, herbs 3 nights and cabbage once

May just be a coincidence but I lstarted rosey amd mona yesterday on vegetables in the am and limited pellets in evening and unlimited hay and water. But they have been more activate ans vocal today

also Guinea Lynx has very good charts and an accurate list of the foods.
Kale and spinach are rich of vit C, but also rich of oxalates, therefore they shouldn't be used for a daily routine because oxalates can cause a stone.
Here in Italy people feed piggies with roman lettuce or endive or radicchio (red) or other salad (and vets agree)... here people eat huge amount of such salads... but I don't do that because lettuce and salads are the vegs with the highest amount of toxic residuals which are bad for us, imagine for them... (paediatricians don't recommend lettuce for preparing the soups for little babies)
My piggies prefer fresh grass and in the last months I have substituted the vegs with the grass (plus a piece of bell pepper and cucumber for dinner) and I see very good difference in quality (and quantity) of their poos. Also the wee looks better than before and they have put on weight (one of them was underweight).
