I am currently using a glass plate to serve veggies on as I don't want to put on the fleece. But Tucker tends to sit in it anf hog all the veggies. Teddy just goes with the flow and moves onto the pellets. He needs his fair share so I still want them to eat side by side. Is either of these bowls okay to use?

You could try plastic bowls, the second ones in photo maybe

I agree, you're best putting the bowls further apart or scattering. The hoarder would still be able to sit in one and eat from the other side. I use two bowls on different levels, and if my piggies choose to eat side by side they can but if someone is getting pushed out, they still have access to food. You'll never force them to eat together if one is being a bully about it.
