I am so very very sorry for your loss. You did all you could to save him and make his last few months more comfortable and happy.
He is pain-free now. Popcorn free, Caesar.

I am so sorry for your loss, you did all you could. He is not in pain.
Popcorn free gorgeous. Xx

I am so sorry to hear of your loss. Such a bitter pill when you've done all you can for your babe. Little creatures leave a huge hole behind. Big hugs.

I'm so sorry, your clearly a brilliant owner to your pigs. I have so much respect for you and everyone on this forum who goes to the lengths they will to give their animals the longest happiest lives possible. There are far too many people in this world who would turn their back on an animal as soon as it gets sick and refuse them vet treatment.Your a damn good owner. Everyone on this forum who sticks up for animals by doing right by their own deserves respect and admiration. Sometimes it's you lot that remind me that the world isn't such a bad place. Don't feel guilty, they're lucky to have you. x

I have a heart pig who, like yours, had to have oxygen etc and is now on a second course of mega-antibiotics for pneumonia. He is now on 10 syringes of medicine a day and, you know what? Despite the worry, the ultra-vigilance, midnight checking etc, I promise you that he's doing really well! Happy, popcorning, eating, stroppy, pooping, drinking and all of that piggy stuff so hold heart lovely, it could all be OK.

The worst bit was trying to get a reliable diagnosis and medication plan, which is where you seem to be. He's doing GREAT on heart meds, antibiotics for the pneumonia, diuretics for the fluid in the chest and two lots of tummy meds to mitigate the antibiotics' side effects. Me? Not so bad.

We're all with you and your babies. Good luck xx
