I've been putting one of those bags you fill with water and freeze to form icecubes wrapped in a fleece the cool the girls off. I am planning on getting one of those ice pods or getting a ice pack but for the time being this seems to work.
Well Rosie certainly likes it.

Bless Rosie x) I love her so much, she is so beautiful! Good idea to cookl them down. We put a sock with ice cubes in in Cookie carrier when she went for her post op check up on monday, she kept lying on them too....

Aww that's fab and Rosie is beautiful :)

i use frozen water bottles in socks and the ice pods you mention. I have just brought them a lazybones animal fan which they currently have in their shed and seem to like.

I wouldn't advise using an ice pack as if it is chewed through, the liquid inside is dangerous to animals.

Aw..... Rosie you look so cute. Oh I love your piggys. X

I thought that as well so was only going to use it under strict supervision if there was no alternative.
I have now 2 frozen bottles for them.
The problem with rhe ice cube bags is when the pigs have walked across them several times and they start to melt they tend to spring a leak, which soaked the fleece earlier.
Rosie still thought the soggy cool fleece felt lovely.
