So, having just lost Chip a few days ago, i am really feeling the absence of my boys, i started the year with 8 pigs, and am now down to 4, to lose 4 in 5 months is such a shock, although they were all of similar ages and only Felix died young as a definite result of illness. I am feeling really apprehensive about the remaining 4, being all of similar ages, they are all between 4-6 years old, coming into their twilight years.
I have less cages and less bowls to fill and i keep making too many salads.
A year and a half ago, i had 10 boys! i've never had so few piggies. I am not looking to adopt any more at this time, as i feel i want to give my remaining boys as much attention as i can. It all just feels very strange. No real point to this post, i just wanted to get it out there how i'm feeling, i'm sure lots of you can relate.
