my piggies stay in there outside hutch ( with sawdust) and run during the summer but during the colder months they come in to there cage and indoor run now ive heard lots about the felt that you put at the bottom of the cages but weres the safest and cheapest place to get it from

I think you mean fleece. I get mine from Primark. You have to wash and dry it three times without fabric conditioner before you use it to make it water proof.
