Ok one of my young pigs today on lap time made this weird noise i think it was a hurting noise, she peed and then was ok. When i was going to put her back i thought i would check her rear end for urine scalds or something, but i saw this white rubbery thing coming out of her lady parts! I pulled it out, it didnt hurt - she wanted to eat it but i took some pictures before she did...

The only way i can explain it is it was like a rubbery worm! With wrinkles. Not wet at all. Is this normal? Is she coming into heat? She was fighting with her sister earlier a lot more than usual, they are both just over 2 months old. She is fine and eating and drinking and running about she ate some dried apple right after this happened...

I will post a link to the pics incase you dont want to look:

You cant see the wrinkles in it much in the pics but it was all wrinkly and weird... and my boyfriend is saying just leave them their animals they do stuff we are not taking her to the vets we cant afford it :(

Wierd.Never seen that before.Could you ring the vets and describe it and see what they say.I would

Rather unusual, but I don't think anything bad unless it's not a one off. I have seen the very occasional blob of gel from my girls, but never that big.

This morning i had a cuddle with her she seems fine, drinking etc. I think it might be a combo of too much calcium and a normal gel blob they might get... There is a lot of white pee stains on the fleece. I will change their diet for the next few days and cut down on the calcium. I will try and keep her out again until she pees and see how she is later today.
