Fennel?

Umm I printed off the lovely list on the food section (great list many thanks). And it said fennel - so anyway some was reduced in tesco (but was still good etc) anyway broke a small piece off once home and popped it in. Well piggies are going CRAZY for it - they seem to absolutely LOVE It.
Has anyone else tried theirs - is it ok for them to have (was on the ok list or I would never have given I take the list with me lol).

My lot like fennel, but only get it as a treat every now and again

I have masses of it in my garden - its about the only thing that grows - but what bits can you feed them - bulb? stalk? flower? -am too worried to try it in case I give them the wrong bit.

They can have the bulb and stalk, mine looove it so much. I think its ok to give a couple of times a week, but everyday, not 100% sure.

We have loads of bushes in our garden, and luckily all if mine love it In the summer when its in its prime I give it to them about once every other day :p Mine have the stalk, leaves and bulb parts

Mine love fennel too, they hardly ever get it though as we rarely have it in the house.

My boys like fennel too - they have stalk mainly and small bit of feathery leaf. The humans eat the bulb part in our house!

They caneat all parts as far as I know - both the veg and the leaves as herb.

I gave my cavy fennel every day, after about 4 to 5 days straight he looked stoned and he prefered to lay on his back for hours. so I stopped feeding him fennel. he loved it and ate all parts of it.8)

Ahh I saw some reduced in Tesco last night but wasn't sure if they could have it, so I didn't get it!
