I'm so, so sorry... I'd been thinking about her all night. You did all you could and you did the kindest thing by relieving her suffering at the end.

Wiebke, I'm so very sorry for your loss of sweet Dizzy :(

She was such a beautiful girl, and you fought so hard for her. May she now rest in peace, and I send many hugs to you at this time.

At least she does not have to suffer any more now.

really sorry to hear about Dizzy, youve given her a grand life and that pic with her own little "guardian angle" is so moving, its as if hes telling you "its ok mummy I'll look out for her untill your around" you gave her the best and her last few days look to have been full of love and comfort, hugs to you
 
She's been as comfortable and loved as I could make her. We've just buried her in the garden next to the lawn with some of her beloved grass and some deep red rose blooms fit for a princess. Such a tiny hole...
