few questions about runs

Ok so in the easter hoildays where going to get some runs for my 8 piggs as the 3 what we have are not really sutiable
1) number 1 is to be attached to thee big 2 story cages - what we got for the 2 rabbits who died
2) number 2 is coming apart i nthe coners andi about 5 years old anyways
3) its one of them tringle oes and the thing to lift them up geting stuck alot

so I'm geting new ones this eater

so my first question is well my 2 boys max and aflie dont live togther as max was trying to beat aflie up he never did anything but kept trying to go for them
so my question is should i buy them a run each or bu i run for them and puting them in togther ? I'm not sre what to do as max hasnt done anything to aflie but ketp trying to but when there are outside me and my mum will be watching them anyways and if me or mum is not home than there wont be going in the run that day anyways
so what should i do
1) but them one each
2)put them in one togther

the 2nd qestion is well I'm going to put all my 6 girls in the same run a big one now holly and meggie life i na diffrent cage to the other 4 girls so my qestion is what do i do about puting there bowls and bottlies of water in and one the run should i put the 2 dishs in what there have in each cage in the run and the water bottles or should i buy new ones for the runs what will be all of theres ?
so what should i do
1) just put the dishs and bottlies there have in there cage in the run for them all to share
2) or buy new ones for the runs so there wont be fighting over whos is whos?

ok my 3rd question is I'm going to get some stuff to put in the runs to hiding and go under etc i was jsut woundering what sort of stuff do you all put in there runs in the gardan i mean i have seen a few stuff at pets at home and how many stuff should i put in at a time and should i put some hay in a box or somthing for them or not?

i jsut wont them all to be happy when there in the runs you know it was easy last summer with jsut holly and meggie as thw children was allways asking for me to get them out of the runs so there can hold and stoke them and its going to be a bit hard this time with 8 as i cant her them all out at the same tiem etc

the girls well see the boys and the boys will see the girls in the summer as monday to firdays there runs will have to be like next to each others anywheres which will be fun to watch when max sees all his little girls
 
It's a little bit tricky to read Hannah...

Try the boys firstly in the run together. Things may go alright cos of the amount of free space they have. Though always be on guard in case things do go worng.

Use the same bowls and bottles they have on their hutches - no point in buying new ones just for the run.

As in what to put in the run - some boxes, don't need to go and buy them especially.
Tubes of all sizes and anything else that you think they would like :)
 
Hi i'm not experienced with lots of guineas but i know that ours have always loved to have hidey spots, so lots of tubes (of course big enough) and boxes to hide in, or to leave treats in..
I'm sure somebody with more piggie will offer better advice, glad you are able to shuffle things and make it better for the piggies well done O0

i will try max and alfie in the same run and if it dont work out ill just have to buy another one - but i will be keeping my eyes on them at all the time and aflie is geting very big now so maybe able to stand up for himself more

and about the bowels and bottles - will like holly and meggie be ok with lilly and the girls eating out ofthere bowel there wont get upset or fight about it

I think they will be ok. I normally put out either a large bowl of food in the middle of the run or 2 seperate bowls either end. With a couple of bottle either end too :)
 
would it be ok to put the bowls next to each other well in the same area as I'm going to have a few stuff for them to hiding etc
