Fighting piggys

Hi, I have 6 females. 1 is 4 years old and very friendly the others are all 4 months from 2 different families. One of them was bullying the others but today I noticed she has a scab under her eye with fur missing. I assume she has been bitten. Should I leave them to sort it out between them or do something

I cant split, but they have lots of space to share. Very long run with 3 hutches

Is there tension between the pigs? Just thinking that what you have said could also be something like a fungal infection and not necessarily a bite.
