Hello I have two male pigs bubbles and squeaks.

Over the past week or so I have noticed my boys chattering at each other and not really getting along. A few days ago I saw one of my pigs run with what I thought was fur in his mouth. Then today I noticed the other had some cuts (which look like they are healing) on his back.
So I have since separated them both wasthis the right thing to do?
And any tips on how I can reintroduce them without the fights?can I eventually put them together again? As there were quite close beforehand.

If there has been full on fights, blood drawn, then it is highly unlikely that they will ever go back together again. You could give them the night apart and then see if you can reintroduce, but the problem is that every separation and reintroduction causes stress and will cause them to start dominance behaviours all over again so if you do reintroduce you will probably see more of the same until they either sort it out or it becomes clear they will never go back together again. Are they still next to each other ie can they see each other?

I’ve currently got my fingers crossed about my boys as they seem to be a little more tense with each other this evening!

Hi!

Please take the time to read this guide here. It should answer most of your questions. There is unfortunately never a guarantee that fall-out piggies will go back together, but the guide also contains tips on how to judge whether a bond is still viable and how to conduct re-intros as well as your options if things don't go to plan.
