I have three male piggy's. A dad and his two sons. They had gotten along until tonight and on got his eye bit or something but there is puss, his eye is red so its hard to tell how hard its bleeding. Naturally they waited till the vet was closed. Is there anything I can do to make sure it doesn't become infected?

Unfortunately you have found out the hard way that groups of more than two males often don't work. Not being a vet it is hard to advise what to do other than take the piggy to a vet as soon as is possible. Are there no emergency vets near you as it sounds like an emergency to me. Whereabouts are you? Perhaps someone can suggest an emergency vet near you.
I would definitely suggest removing the injured pig from the others and making sure he is in a clean environment with soft bedding that will not catch his eye. Make sure he is not scratching it, If he is try and distract him with food or cuddles as best as you can.
Hopes for a speedy recovery for him.

Please see a vet as soon as possible! Whether he got bitten or the eye is infected in the wake of a non-ulcerating hay poke; it sounds serious. As there is pus, it means that the orginal injury is not new; bacteria has had time to get to work. Sometimes, a mere scratch can go unnoticed if it does not ulcerate, but bugs can get into the eye and cause an infection. It does not necessarily have to be the result of a bite; it is actually more likely to be an accident as guinea pigs don't uusally go for the eyes in a fight.
Please keep the boy with the eye injury away from the others on clean bedding that cannot adhere or get into the eye if possible. Try to do your best that he is not making things things worse by scratching and carrying even bacteria in.

Trios of boars fail more often than not once the boys hit the big teenage hormones; you can have success with a trio whose ages are staggered and a mix of either three very laid back characters or just one more dominant one with two submissive ones. Right now, your priority has to be to take care of the eye.
